Refund policy

Cancellations – We gladly accept cancellations as long as it is requested within 24 hours of purchase and it has not changed status to “sent”.

Returns or exchanges – We do not accept returns or exchanges due to hygiene reasons but please get in touch if you have any problems with your order.

Returns do to allergies/ skin irritation – We do not accept returns due to skin reactions. Buyers are responsible for checking ingredients stated under each item description before purchase.

All “Sale” purchases are final. This includes orders placed with any promotional codes.

All international orders are final.
